We use an automated fulfilment system to get your products to you as quickly as possible, which means our window for changes is extremely short.
One-Time Order Cancellation (The 1-Hour Window)
We process orders immediately to ensure fast delivery to your doorstep.
The Window: You have up to one (1) hour from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification.
The Condition: Even within this one-hour window, cancellation is not guaranteed. Once your order has moved to the “Processing” or “Shipped” stage in our warehouse, it cannot be stopped or changed.

Refunds on Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed or handed over to our courier partners, we are unable to stop the shipment or issue an immediate refund. However, should the order be returned to us via the courier (RTO) or if you choose to return it after delivery, a refund can then be initiated as per our standard policy.
