Return & Exchange Policy

At Ionic Professional, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products — which are personal care and grooming tools — and in light of hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or tampered products.

Ionic Professional Private Limited shall not be liable for any damage caused after delivery of the product.

In the rare event that a product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, we are happy to offer an exchange subject to the terms below. To initiate such a request, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery at contact@anddonehair.com or call us on +918527498075.

Exchange Eligibility Terms:

- A mandatory unboxing video must be shared clearly showing the damage or defect at the time of unboxing.
- Claims must be submitted within 48 business hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this time will not be accepted.
- All exchange requests are subject to review and verification by Ionic Professional Private Limited.
- Damages due to customer mishandling, improper usage, or negligence will not be covered under this Policy.
- Products purchased under Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded as store credit, which can be redeemed in future purchases.

Once an exchange request is approved, the process will be completed within 7 to 21 business days. Ionic Professional Private Limited reserves the final right to approve or reject any return or exchange request.

Return Policy

All products sold on www.anddonehair.com are non-refundable. However, in select cases, a product may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets one or more of the following conditions:

- Received in physically damaged condition.
- Delivered with missing parts or accessories.

Approval of such return requests will be at the sole discretion of Ionic Professional Private Limited and subject to verification. 

Returns or Exchanges for International Orders

At this time, we do not support returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside India.

In exceptional cases, and only after prior written approval by our customer care team, a customer may facilitate the return of unused and transit-damaged goods to our office in India within 45 days of delivery. If an exchange is approved, the customer will bear the cost of international shipping (if applicable).
